Keep in mind that the Azores, a newly discovered tourist destination, attracts global attention, and travel prices increase significantly when closer to the final date.

Registration Participant fee: 300,- Euros
Accompanying person registration fee: 150,- Euros
(Included in accompanying person fee: Welcome reception, congress dinner, and congress trip)

Registrations: CLOSED

Cancellation Policy
• In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent to the organization (eccomeeting2026@uac.pt)
• If it is received prior to August 10th, 2026, registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of 15% for administrative fees
• No refund can be made after August 10th, 2026
